I have a lot of memories about making this track, but some of those at the top of my mind are a hazy blur of working on some of the early hooks for the track way too late at night at the worst times. I try not to do that anymore, but I think it was worth it.

The demo for this gave me chills, and it immediately became one of my favorites. I thought some heavy sub-bass in the later sections would really make it soar. This track just transports me in the most beautiful way.

I recall we were debating what to name it, and I had the idea to pluck the title ‘Starlight Stroll’ from a different demo by XT3RM1N8R. The imagery of that just seemed perfect for this song.
